We also see significant opportunity in the company’s focus on AI and believe it is well positioned to incorporate AI-driven capabilities that will further enhance the platform and deliver additional value to customers.

In addition, the platform is highly configurable and customizable, designed to support complex processes and operational needs. Its integration-ready architecture enables seamless connectivity with internal management systems, while ensuring enterprise-grade scalability, security, and compliance with data and infrastructure standards.

In this context, Q-nomy aligns closely with Fortissimo’s focus on established enterprise software companies that combine specialized vertical expertise with mission-critical workflow integration. Leveraging our experience in transforming such businesses, including Priority Software (sold to Blackstone in May 2024) and Morning (sold to TeamSystem in December 2024), we see a clear opportunity to lead the company to its next phase of growth.
