Priority provides scalable and agile cloud-based business management solutions, automating processes and centralizing data for over 17,000 customers and 300,000 end users worldwide. With a workforce of 600 and support from over 100 partners, Priority operates in Israel, the US, and Belgium. In 2020, TA Associates joined the company as a shareholder, in a transaction in which Fortissimo sold 50% of its holdings in the company. As of 2024, Fortissimo, together with TA Associates, entered into a definitive agreement to sell a majority stake in Priority to Blackstone.
