Fortissimo invested in NUR in October 2005 and holds a controlling interest in the company. We were able to restructure the existing bank debt of NUR so that of the $43 million debt previously outstanding, $19 million was written-off, $11 million is long term debt (with no principal payments for 2 years) and the remainder is short term debt. We believe that the restructuring of NUR's debt will provide adequate breathing room for the company to focus on building its business.

After orchestrating a turn-around, that included replacing senior management, introducing new products, entering new regions, increasing revenues and gross margins while decreasing COGS, we successfully sold Nur to Hewlett Packard in December 2007 for $123 million.
