Unique opportunities exist in the technology sector where a business with a proven selling product can scale dramatically with the addition of value-added capital. We carefully evaluate the proposed capital requirements and work closely with management teams to accelerate and administer the growth of these businesses.

In addition, many technology companies lack key fundamentals and are therefore unable to achieve market leadership positions. We invest in mid-market, maturing and mature companies that lack identifiable key fundamentals, and guide them in assembling and building critical missing ingredients. Each portfolio company serves as a ?platform? around which to build a market leader through assembling the requisite fundamentals.
